Sara is the founder of Adélie Medical and a board-certified family nurse practitioner who believes healthcare should be evidence-based, individualized, and practical. She takes the time to listen and inform so that you can make care decisions that fit your needs and goals. She has a particular interest in headache and migraine care.

Sara grew up in Hamilton, MT. She enjoys biking, skiing, spending time with her rescue pets, and being a lifelong penguin enthusiast.
